Uganda

Draft report “Best practices for mainstreaming environmental information in Uganda” completed. Review of the environmental information situation in Uganda in consultation with UN agencies and other development partners and based on discussions with stakeholders conducted.

DEWA C6: Guidelines, best practices, manuals, training and outreach material for Governments and partner institutions in data collection, research, analysis, monitoring, integrated environmental assessment, early warning and information networking to enhance their institutional and technical capacities in these areas as specified in the Bali Strategic Plan.
